My background as an educator taught me a foundational product truth: design begins by listening to the gaps between what people say, need, and understand.

Today, I channel that empathy into UX, with a true passion for the research phase. I adore conducting user interviews, connecting with stakeholders, and finding that sweet spot where business goals align with seamless, enjoyable user experiences.

Comfortable on both the analytical and creative sides of design, I love building unique, human-centered solutions - continuously refining my approach to deliver deeper impact with every project.
